Many of you have questions about how to order, store locations and the like. This page is designed to assist you with those questions and to make your experience with us as nice and easy as possible.

Where are your locations?

We currently have one store location in the heart of East Lakeview. You can find our lovable staff at 3311 North Broadway Chicago, IL 773.528.2241. We also have a warehouse location which specializes in wholesale accounts, espresso machine repair and of course roasting our fabulous coffees. What are your store hours for the Broadway location?

Our Broadway store hours are as follows: Monday-Thurs. 8AM-8PM, Friday 8AM-7PM, Saturday 9AM-7PM and Sunday 10AM-6PM.

Does Coffee and Tea offer wholesale accounts?

Yes of course. Is there anything we don't do?! If you wish to inquire about wholesale accounts please call the warehouse and we'll set you up!

How do we order coffee and teas from your site?

You have one of two options; you may call us directly 866.266.1936 (which is our warehouse locaton) or you can simply use our Secure Order Form.

Secure? How can I tell if it's secure?

Normally on secure pages, there is a small padlock that appears somewhere on the bottom of the browser you are using. Because our site is composed of frames, you can not see the individual page with the pad lock. This is how the page would look on its own --->enter this in a new browser: https://secure.cnchost.com/coffeeandtea.com/secure.html. Notice the "https://" prefix in the address and the padlock on your browser. This means that the page is secure. Don't forget to hit the back button to get back to the site.

Will you send me notices via email regarding sales or special events?

Yes, unless you specify otherwise. We only have sales twice a year (Spring and Fall/Winter) and during the Christmas Holidays we may offer mail order gift baskets, so expect around those times to receive an email containing a flier or special information.

How do you ship your orders?

We get daily UPS pickups at our warehouse. Unless otherwise specified, we ship UPS ground and add a $0.75 s&h charge. The freight charge becomes more economical the more you order, but we're happy to ship you any amount you'd like. Generally speaking, your order ships out the day after we get it. UPS is terrific at getting ground packages in the Chicagoland area delivered the following day. During sales and the holidays, we kindly ask you to allow some extra time for your order to arrive.
