The Rising Phoenix is nutty, vegetal, and buttery medium-bodied green tea. It is extremely satisfying with some heft without being bitter.
A delicious tea from Guizhou Province. This province is in a beautiful subtropical area of China well known for its fine teas within China.
Note the white in the dry leaf. That indicates that tips are used in the tea, which add flavor and give a smooth feel to the tea. This tea has been dried over charcoal.
