Tasting Notes This Yemen has a flavor profile of chai spices, cocoa and blood oranges. The finish is spectacularly complex with intense fruity notes. Description Derived exclusively from the native peoples who reside in the Yemen highlands, these coffees are grown at altitudes of 1500m above sea level, with a vast majority of these coffees being grown at even higher elevations. This gives the coffee itself a very unique flavor profile, one that is not particularly easy to replicate – although many other African coffees attempt to imitate.
