Very similar to our regular Mutan White this Organic Mutan White has a light, mellow flavor without any astringency. Open, flat to slightly curled leaves to show how white teas are minimally processed with natural drying and no rolling. It is usually pale yellow with a mild, mellow, sweet taste.
