Genuine Argentine Yerba Mate, Green. An invigorating, caffeine bearing herbal infusion. Mate is the traditional beverage in many parts of Latin America where it is enjoyed as a refreshing start of each day and a revitalizing, stimulating social drink wherever people meet. Mate rich in vitamin C, tannnins, and caffeine. A six ounce cup contains between 50 and 100 mg of caffeine, or about the same as a cup of coffee. The tea-like, caffeine-bearing beverage is made from the mate bush, and is available in green and roasted selections.
