This Fancy Grade Kukicha is yellow hued with a sweet, soft taste. Not to be mistaken for the brown “twig type” of kukicha, this grade is hand plucked and hand cut with scissors before the stems are separated. It is from the Shizuoka region, which is notable for its fine teas.
