This is a dense tea, definitely appreciated for a caffeine boost. It pairs well with lemongrass. Lavender also brings out some subtle notes and weirdly pairs well. It does not go well with rose buds/petals. While I am enjoying this tea, I prefer English breakfast over Scottish due to the denser flavor of the Scottish breakfast.
