Varietal: Castillo, Caturra Fermentation in cherry for 72 hours. Pulping. Second fermentation in tank with the mosto obtained from the first fermentation and an addition of citrus fruit infusion for a further 72 hours. Drying without washing in the sun for approximately 25 days to obtain a black honey.
